Final Date of the Late Pledging/Pledge Manager and some pictures from our workshop

Hello guys,

We are now collecting all of your pledge and shipping information. A deadline for finalizing your pledge in the Pledge Manager is September 30th, so please hurry up and complete your survey to finalize your pledge by the end of this month, and we could start preparing for shipping waves asap without any additional concerns :) We hope for your understanding and would very much appreciate that.

And here's a quick report from our workshop where our colleagues are already working on producing the miniatures for this campaign:

The massive work is already started, and you can already check out the detail and the overall quality of the models. 

We can't wait to finally start shipping all the pledges to you, but the very important stage should be done first, so the faster you all complete the survey and finalize your orders on Backerkit, the earlier we finalize the producing plan and start shipping waves :)

Shipping Campaign is over! (Dragon Hunters)

Hey guys,

It's been a difficult summer, especially in terms of shipping. And we hope you all stay safe until the pandemic issue disappears.

Owing to the outbreak, our domestic manufacture services and shipping centres also faced some troubles. Thus, in terms of delivery, many parcels just got stuck in sorting centres with a long line occurred, therefore their delivery could take a bit longer than usual. 

We anyway managed to send out everything pretty fast! And yesterday, we've finally sent the very last Dragon Hunters parcels! 

If you still haven't received your tracking number - please contact us at [email protected]. Your parcel was already sent but the shipping notification hasn't reached you so we'll just re-send it manually :)

Thank you so much for your patience and support during this period. We've been receiving a lot of great news from backers whose parcels finally arrived. Some of the parcels contained defected items but those requests were already fulfilled and the replacements were sent. Do not hesitate to contact us if you noticed any defects or damaged parts in the parcel; anything can happen during manufacturing/quality control/delivery and we understand that.  

Some backers managed to paint our miniatures. Thank you to the backers Wilhelm and Kyle for these great works!

Pledge Manager / Late Pledging is underway!

Hello friends,

The autumn is coming closer, and we hope you have a great and sunny summer season. We just wanted to remind you of a few things that remain on Backerkit. The most important part is to complete your surveys there. The earlier you specify the shipping information, the sooner we will be able to arrange shipment, therefore please complete it if you still didn't fill out the info there. It will take just a few minutes but will so much help us :) (and other backers too)

And here's another thing that some backers could forget during this period. If your pledge includes the Plague Doctors set or Dragon Hunters box, you can let us know if you would like to have it shipped earlier than the rest of your pledge. These two Add-on items have already been produced and released, which means we can send it to you within the next month by request. Only a few backers contacted us regarding this opportunity, so we wanted to remind you about that just in case.

Everything else looks good (besides the fact that the summer ends) and we are looking forward to producing and shipping everything to you.

The Late Pledging Campaign is now live!

Hello guys,

For those who were unable to participate in our Kickstarter campaign, we finally launched the Late Pledging. The LP campaign has all the items from KS including Add-ons (Plague Doctors and Dragon Hunters) and different Pledge Levels, so you are welcome to participate!

Besides all the contents from Kickstarter, we also have one additional game attribute that was recently added to LP. If you like diverse game maps/zones/battlefields, we have included an alternate game mat to the Backerkit store. Unlike the previous battlefield, this one has two distinct sides, representing Akkari Spider Elves on one side, and the Alliance of Elves and Wolfens on another. Even the smallest details are important, so along with a new game experience we provide in the set, we think it's great to emphasize the expansion and make even the battlefield look unique and special.

Important for the backers! The Pledge Manager for our backers is also underway. On Backerkit, we collect all the necessary shipping information, though as of today, only 2/3 of the backers completed their surveys, so we still need the rest. If you have any difficulties with using the PM or the survey link still doesn't arrive, you can always contact us at [email protected]

Pledge Manager campaign is underway! Fill out your survey!

Hello guys!

Finally, all of you should have received email notifications to get into the Pledge Manager. According to the stats, only 51% of the backers have filled out the survey there, though it is very important for each and every one of you to complete the survey on Backerkit to specify your relevant shipping address and define your final pledge level. In the PM we also calculate shipping fees individually for each backer depending on the complexity of parcels, therefore your interaction with PM is crucial.

 This is also an opportunity to get all items you wanted besides the boxes and Add-ons. Manage your Backerkit Pledge Manager making a few simple steps:

1. Find a notification on your associated email and click the button. Some backers were experiencing delays as emails didn't arrive, but now everything should work and all the emails were sent. Please let us know if you still didn't receive your PM letter.

2. (necessary) As a next step, you confirm your order details. This is very important as we use Backerkit (not Kickstarter) for collecting relevant shipping information. 

3. (optional) Switch your pledge level. All the pledge information was transferred from Kickstarter, which means your pledge level coincides the one you chose on KS, therefore if you planned to switch it - there is an opportunity on Backerkit to pick something from higher levels.

4. (necessary) As soon as you filled out your survey and confirmed the pledge level, you get into the Add-ons page where you can add items to your pledge individually. Then the system calculates the final shipping price for you to finalize your pledge. After you confirmed your choice, we receive all the necessary information for producing and shipping the items to you once it's done.

The earlier you finalize your pledge, the sooner we get all the information, and the higher chance for you to get your pledge earlier than backers who completed the PM activities lately; it's up to you :) For those who are going to complete the surveys later, of course, we will be sending special reminders from time to time. But anyway, your prompt response is appreciated.

We have prepared some more surprises and free gifts to our backers during the Pledge Manager/Late Pledging campaigns, therefore stay in touch for all the further news in this regard :)
